Notice of Amendments to Legislation September 2021
The DFSA Board enacted DIFC Law No. 6 of 2021 and issued nine corresponding Rulemaking Instruments to implement post-consultation updates to the DFSA Rulebook. These instruments repeal and replace nine core regulatory modules, including General, Conduct of Business, Markets, Collective Investment, Prudential, Fees, Glossary, Islamic Finance, and Authorised Market Institutions. All amendments take effect on October 25, 2021, marking the law's commencement twenty-eight business days after its September 14 enactment.
