Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018

  1. These rules may be cited as the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018.
  2. In these rules — “principal rules” means the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) Rules
  3. The First Schedule to the principal rules is amended, in Part I, by deleting: (a) the table with title “Investment Dealers Trading on GBOT”; and (b) the table with title “Foreign Investment Dealers Trading on GBOT”. Made by the Financial Services Commission on 19 November 2018.
