Decision amending the Decision on Reporting of the Development Bank of Montenegro to the Central Bank of Montenegro

The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend the reporting requirements for the Development Bank of Montenegro by deleting specific reporting items and templates. The regulation replaces several existing templates with new formats for balance sheets, liquidity coverage, and stable funding ratios, while adjusting the scope of other required reports. The Development Bank must commence submitting reports in accordance with these new requirements starting from 31 March 2026.

Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 item 3) of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 6/13, 70/17, 125/23) and Article 70 paragraph 3 of the of the Law on the Development Bank of Montenegro (OGM 99/24, 140/25), the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro, at its meeting held on 27 February 2026, passed the following DECISION AMENDING THE DECISION ON REPORTING OF THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF MONTENEGRO TO THE CENTRAL BANK OF MONTENEGRO Article 1 In the Decision on Reporting of the Development Bank of Montenegro to the Central Bank of Montenegro (OGM 94/25) in Article 2 paragraph (1) items 4), 33), 34), 38) and 39) shall be deleted. In items 31) and 32) the changes have been made in Montenegrin version with no relevance to the English translation. Article 2 In Article 3 paragraph (1) items 5), 42), 43), 62) and 63) shall be deleted. In items 40) and 41) the changes have been made in Montenegrin version with no relevance to the English translation. Article 3 In Article 6 paragraph (1), the words: “items 4) to 7), items 11), items 18 to 22), items 30) to 34) and items 37) to 39)” shall be replaced by the following: “items 5) to 7), item 11), items 18) to 22), items 30) to 32 and item 37)”. In paragraph (2) the words: “5) to 15), items 27) to 31), items 39) to 43) and items 46) to 63)” shall be replaced by the following: “items 6) to 15), items 27) to 31), items 39) to 41) and items 46) to 61)”.
