BANCO INDUSTRIAL EL SALVADOR, S.A., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets with registry number EAD-0027 in the Public Registry of Issuers of the National Commission of Digital Assets, informs the general public that on June 16, 2026, starting at 15:30 hours (GMT-6), it will initiate the public offering of its debt token "TKNBIES1".
The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00033.
