Application Guidelines for a Protected Cell Company

The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles issued these guidelines to standardize the incorporation and conversion process for Protected Cell Companies under the PCC Act, 2003. Applicants must submit specific documentation, including a covering letter, application form, Memorandum and Articles of Association, and declaration certificates from directors and an International Corporate Service Provider secretary. The framework mandates a US$200 application fee and US$1,000 annual registration fee while requiring strict asset segregation between cells and compliance with ongoing filing obligations to maintain valid licensing.
