ON GRANTING A FOREIGN EXCHANGE PURCHASE AND SALE LICENSE TO “VASTAND” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

Based on Point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 ‘Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale Operations’”;

Taking into account that “VASTAND” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 14 October 2025 and 27 October 2025 with a petition to obtain a foreign exchange purchase and sale license, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To grant a foreign exchange purchase and sale license to “VASTAND” Limited Liability Company to carry out activities at the address: 93 Premise, 19th St., Bagratashen village, Tavush Marz, RA.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its entry into “VASTAND” Limited Liability Company or the date of its handover to the person authorized by “VASTAND” Limited Liability Company in the prescribed manner.
