Implementation of the European Banking Authority Guidelines of 28 June 2024 amending the 2015 Guidelines on payment delays and enforcement

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on payment delays and enforcement. These guidelines apply to credit institutions supervised by the ACPR that hold lender status. These institutions are required to take all necessary measures to comply with the updated regulatory standards.

OPINION Implementation of the European Banking Authority Guidelines of 28 June 2024 (EBA/GL/2024/10) amending the guidelines of 19 August 2015 (EBA/GL/2015/12) on payment delays and enforcement The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority guidelines of 28 June 2024 (EBA/GL/2024/10) amending the guidelines of 19 August 2015 (EBA/GL/2015/12) on payment delays and enforcement attached to this opinion. These guidelines are applicable to credit institutions, as defined in Article 4, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, which have the status of lenders and are subject to ACPR supervision. These institutions must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
