The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 204 A on 18 November 2025 to reissue banking activity license No. 83 to Ards Shinbank CJSC. This administrative action addresses the bank's reorganization from a joint-stock company to a closed joint-stock company and the subsequent change of its corporate name. ON REISSUING BANKING ACTIVITY LICENSE NO. 83 OF “ARDSHINBANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
Taking into account that “ARDSHINBANK” CJSC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 23 September 2025, 1 October 2025, and 30 October 2025 with a petition to reissue banking activity license No. 83 of “ARDSHINBANK” CJSC, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To reissue banking activity license No. 83 granted to “ARDSHINBANK” CJSC, due to the reorganization of “ARDSHINBANK” CJSC from “ARDSHINBANK” OJSC and the change of the corporate name.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
