The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2019-I-21 to amend the regulatory framework governing payment service providers. This instruction replaces the annex of Instruction No. 2019-I-01, which establishes the specific application form for exemptions from the emergency mechanism for dedicated account access interfaces. The change was adopted following the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Commission on April 3, 2019.

Sole Article: The annex to the aforementioned Instruction No. 2019-I-01 is replaced by the annex to this Instruction.
