Los Laureles No. 214 - Lima 27 - Peru Tel.: (511) 6309000 Lima, July 17, 2025 SBS Resolution No. 02531-2025 The Superintendent of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators CONSIDERING: That, through SBS Resolution No. 895-98 and its modifying provisions, the Accounting Manual for Financial System Companies was approved, hereinafter Accounting Manual; That, through Circulars No. B-2189-2010, F-529-2010, CM-376-2010, CR-245-2010, EF-3-2010, EAH-8-2010, EAF-244-2010, EDPYME-136-2010, FOGAPI-38-2010 provisions were approved for the correction of errors in information included in the “Credit Report of Debtors - RCD”, Annex No. 6 of the Accounting Manual; and for communication to the Superintendence; That, Law No. 32327, which modifies Law No. 28587, Supplementary Law to the Consumer Protection Law in Financial Services, and Law No. 29571, Consumer Protection and Defense Code, incorporates the procedure for the regularization of credit information and correction of information regarding unrecognized charges in the Risk Central; That, Law No. 32327 provides that the articles incorporated into Law No. 28587 will enter into force within ninety (90) calendar days counted from the day following their publication in the official newspaper El Peruano, a period during which the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators (hereinafter, the Superintendence) will issue additional regulations for implementing said articles; That, the Superintendence requires modifying the reporting systems for rectifications it currently maintains to align them with Law No. 32327; Having obtained the approval of the Associate Superintendencies of Banking and Microfinance, and Regulation and Legal Affairs; as well as the Market Conduct and Financial Inclusion Management; In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 7, 9 and 13 of Article 349º of the General Law of the Financial System and Insurance System and Organization of the Superintendence of Banking and Insurance, approved by Law No. 26702 and its modifying provisions (hereinafter, General Law); and based on the Thirty-Second Final and Complementary Provision of the General Law;

Approve the Guidelines for the Rectification and Regularization of Information in the Risk Central through the Credit Report Rectifications and Regularizations Report - RRCD and Communication to the Superintendence, under the following terms: “GUIDELINES FOR THE RECTIFICATION AND REGULARIZATION OF INFORMATION IN THE RISK CENTRAL THROUGH THE CREDIT REPORT RECTIFICATIONS AND REGULARIZATIONS REPORT - RRCD AND COMMUNICATION TO THE SUPERINTENDENCE Article 1. - Scope This regulation applies to the companies indicated in paragraphs A and B of Article 16º of the General Law, to the National Bank, to the Agricultural Bank, to the Development Financial Corporation (COFIDE) and to Mivivienda Fund S.A., hereinafter the companies. Article 2. - Rectifications and Regularizations 2.1 This regulation includes two modalities: a) Rectifications b) Regularizations for delinquent debt. 2.2 Rectifications include ordinary rectifications and corrections of information regarding claims for unrecognized operations that are declared valid by the company. 2.3 For both modalities, information updates may be requested through the Credit Report Rectifications and Regularizations Report (hereinafter, RRCD). 2.4 For both modalities, the Superintendence will report accepted requests through the Consolidated Credit Report Rectifications and Regularizations Report, available on the Supervised Entity Portal, which complements and updates information registered in the Risk Central for evaluating client or user credit. Article 3. - Rectification and Communication of Errors in the RCD to the Superintendence – Individual Errors Detected in Claim Processing 3.1 The company that declares a claim valid regarding information reported in the RCD has seven (07) business days to: a) Correct its database when errors refer to credit type, account code, balance, debtor classification or days of delinquency or any other distinct from those included in the following paragraph b). b) Communicate to the Superintendence when errors refer to debtor identification fields and/or debtor code.
Los Laureles No. 214 - Lima 27 - Peru Tel.: (511) 6309000 3 3.2 For the situation in paragraph a), the company must communicate this to the Superintendence through the application established for such purpose. 3.3 For the situation in paragraph b), the company must request rectifications in the Risk Central of the Superintendence through a communication or the application named “Registro de Nuevos Deudores, Actualizaciones y Rectificación de Datos Personales (RDP)”, available on the Supervised Entity Portal, indicating the client's name, identification document number, claim registration number with the company, the date the claim was declared valid and the precision of the requested rectification, referring to debtor identification fields and/or debtor code, as applicable. 3.4 Information rectifications incorporated into the Risk Central under this article correspond to information published through the Consolidated Credit Report (RCC). Such rectifications are registered without prejudice to companies' liability for improper reports, which may have been registered in the Risk Central, as established in Article 159° of the General Law. 3.5 The claim processing period by the company is subject to the Regulations for Claim and Requirement Management, approved through SBS Resolution No. 4036-2022. Article 4. - Rectification and Communication of Errors in the RCD to the Superintendence – Errors in Records Detected by the Company Itself 4.1 If there are errors in RCD reports detected by companies without prior claim submission, companies must submit a communication to the Superintendence specifying the causes of such errors, internal control measures adopted, and the information to be rectified, number of affected clients and amounts. 4.2 Within five (05) business days from the submission of the communication, companies must perform corresponding rectifications through the application established by the Superintendence. Article 5. - Delinquent Debt Regularization and Communication to the Superintendence 5.1 The company that receives payment from a delinquent debtor, thereby fulfilling its obligations, has seven (07) business days to: a) Regularize its database when referring to credit type, account code, balance, debtor classification or days of delinquency or any other distinct from those included with the debtor identification fields. b) Communicate regularizations to the Superintendence through the application established for such purpose. 5.2 Regularization applies to debtors with a delinquent balance who have made a payment, subsequent to the closing of the last RCD reported to the Superintendence and published in the RCC.
