The UK Prudential Regulation Authority issued Consultation Paper CP18/22 to propose changes to the FCA and PRA Handbook. These amendments are designed to reflect the application of the EU Securitisation Regulation and the amendment to the Capital Requirement Regulation. The consultation period ran from August 1, 2018, to October 1, 2018, with a subsequent Policy Statement released on December 19, 2018.
