Wageen Finance SPV, S.A. de C.V. announces the public offering of its Wageen Token (WAG1) digital asset, structured as a public debt instrument linked to Wageen Corp. The issuance, registered with the CNAD, allows investors to receive a fixed annual return with principal redemption after five years. A maximum of 20,000,000 tokens will be available starting January 26, 2026, through VLRM Markets, S.A. de C.V.
