Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2014:12) regarding prudential requirements and capital buffers
Finansinspektionen, Sweden's financial supervisory authority, issued Regulations amending its prudential requirements and capital buffers under FFFS 2022:13. The regulator prescribes the repeal of Chapter 3, section 4 of the existing regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2014:12). This repeal is scheduled to take effect on 8 July 2022.

Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to section 16, points 2 and 5 of the Special Supervision and Capital Buffers Ordinance (2014:993) that Chapter 3, section 4 of Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2014:12) regarding prudential requirements and capital buffers shall be repealed on 8 July 2022.
