Having regard to Articles L142-2 and L144-2-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, Having regard to Article L2141-1 of the General Code of Public Property, Having regard to the Opinion of the Council of State of December 9, 1999, Having regard to Order No. A-2017-04 of the General Council of February 3, 2017,
DECIDES
Article 1: The residential building located at 1, rue Baillet Reviron in Versailles (Yvelines) and registered in the cadastre as section AE No. 32, which falls under the private domain of the Bank of France, may be sold.
Article 2: This decision takes effect on the date of its publication in the official publication register of the Bank of France.
