Notice of Consultation Paper Release (15 Apr 2013)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released two consultation papers proposing miscellaneous amendments and updates to its anti-money laundering and ancillary service provider regimes. Stakeholders may submit written comments on Consultation Papers CP 88 and CP 89 by the 15 May 2013 deadline. The DFSA will incorporate feedback to finalize regulatory adjustments that streamline compliance requirements for licensed entities operating within the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

The DFSA has released the following for Consultation:
Consultation Paper No. 88 – Proposed Miscellaneous Amendments
Consultation Paper No. 89 – Proposed Changes to the DFSA’s Anti-Money Laundering and Ancillary Service Provider Regimes (Second Consultation)
The deadline for providing comments on the above consultation papers is 15th May 2013.
