ON APPROVING THE 2025 PROCUREMENT PLAN OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

Based on Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "e" of Article 20 of the Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia", and guided by Points 9 and 11 of Part 1 of Article 5 and Point 2 of Part 1 of Article 54 of the Law "On Procurements", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To approve the 2025 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter: Procurement Plan) according to Appendix 1. The Procurement Plan defines the procurement needs for goods, works, and services necessary for the operations of the Central Bank.

The Procurement Plan and the amendments made thereto shall be published on the official website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia within two working days.

Amendments to the preferred procurement procedure in the Procurement Plan for procurements up to AMD 20,000,000 shall be made by the Tender Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

Amendments to the procurement object relating to procurement initiatives not exceeding AMD 1,000,000 (one million) shall be carried out by the responsible subdivision.

Amendments to the procurement object relating to procurement initiatives exceeding AMD 1,000,000 (one million) up to AMD 20,000,000 shall be carried out by the Tender Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia upon the initiative of the responsible subdivision.

This Resolution shall enter into force in the manner established by law.
