Cabinet Decision on Official Holidays for Religious and National Occasions in Palestine for the Year 2025 No. (1) for the Year 2025
The Cabinet Based on the provisions of the amended Basic Law of 2003 and its amendments, and the provisions of Civil Service Law No. (4) of 1998 and its amendments and executive regulations, and based on the proposal of the Head of the General Employees' Affairs Office, upon the powers delegated to us, and in pursuit of the public interest,
The Cabinet has decided in its session held in Ramallah on 2025/01/21, as follows:
Article (1) Approving the official holiday days for religious and national occasions in the State of Palestine for 2025, according to the tables attached to this decision.
Article (2) All relevant authorities shall implement the provisions of this decision, each within its jurisdiction; it takes effect from the date of issuance and is published in the Official Gazette.
