Circular No. 2 of 2019 – Unannounced Inspections or Spot Checks
The Financial Services Authority requires all Seychelles gambling licensees to undergo unannounced spot checks conducted by appointed inspectors without prior notice. These inspections may occur at any reasonable time on licensed or suspected premises to verify compliance with the Gambling Act and license conditions. Licensees must provide full cooperation, as inspectors may secure police warrants and use necessary force to overcome entry resistance.
