Supreme Decree No. 021-2019-JUS

The Peruvian Ministry of Justice issued Supreme Decree No. 021-2019-JUS on December 10, 2019, to approve the Unified Text of the Law No. 27806. This decree establishes the consolidated regulatory framework for the Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information. It serves as the official consolidated version of the legislation governing public information access in Peru.
