The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Articles L. 612-2 and L. 612-24; Having regard to the Insurance Code, particularly Article A. 344-3; Having regard to the Social Security Code, particularly Article A. 931-11-11; Having regard to the Mutual Code; Having regard to the Prudential Control Authority's Instruction No. 2011-I-02 of January 11, 2011 on the creation of the supplementary table to investment statements; Having regard to the opinion of the Consultative Commission on Prudential Affairs dated February 12, 2014; Decides:
Article 1 Annex 1 of the aforementioned Instruction No. 2011-I-02 is modified and replaced by Annex 1 to this Instruction.
Article 2 Annex 3 of the aforementioned Instruction No. 2011-I-02 is modified and replaced by Annex 2 to this Instruction.
Article 3 This Instruction enters into force upon its publication, including for the submission to be made before April 30, 2014.
