Decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority No. (39) of 2020
The Financial Regulatory Authority of Egypt issued Decision No. (39) of 2020 to amend Decision No. (29) of 2004 regarding the Settlement Guarantee Fund. The amendment formally removes the Capital Market Authority's representation and activation within the Fund's Management Committee.
