PUBLIC OFFER NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS

I. NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

OPPORTUNITY TOKEN, S.A. DE C.V., in its capacity as Issuer of Digital Assets, informs the general public that on June 1, 2026, at eight o'clock (Republic of El Salvador time, GMT-6), the public offer of its income token "$OPPORTUNITY" (HENCORP OPPORTUNITY TOKEN) will commence.

This digital asset allows investors to participate in a public offer of income tokens, backed by the assignment of economic rights in favor of Token holders regarding the Participation Quotas of the Hencorp Opportunity Open-End Investment Fund, subscribed and held by the Issuer, in a 1:1 ratio (1 token for each participation quota). The public offer is structured in accordance with the Digital Asset Issuance Law and the regulations issued by the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador, under registry entry AD-00071.

The issuance is of indefinite amount and indeterminate term, structured according to market demand. During the Initial Subscription Window of up to six (6) months, a minimum of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) $OPPORTUNITY Tokens will be available, backed by the prior subscription of the same number of Participation Quotas in the Hencorp Opportunity Open-End Investment Fund (See Annex I). The subscription and redemption price of the token does not have a fixed nominal value, but is indexed to the last published quota value by Hencorp Fund Management Company, S.A. The minimum trading value in the primary market is FIVE UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $5.00), and the maximum trading value in the primary market is TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $250,000.00).

II. AVAILABILITY OF THE OFFER

During the first six (6) weeks from the start of the offer, access to the subscription of $OPPORTUNITY Tokens will be limited to a maximum of six hundred (600) users selected by the MONETAE platform. Starting from July 23, 2026, the offer will be available to the general investing public, without quota restrictions.

In both phases, if the subscriber is a legal entity, it must contact the communication channels enabled for this issuance to complete the corresponding process.

The issuance will be available through the MONETAE mobile application, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
