The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) issued guidelines to clarify the application of the Benchmarks Regulation to non-significant benchmarks. The Circular CSSF 19/728 disseminates these guidelines to ensure consistent implementation by supervised entities in Luxembourg.
