Corrigendum to the Decision on the Method of Calculating Maximum Distributable Amount of Credit Institutions
The Central Bank of Montenegro issued a corrigendum to correct errors in the Decision on the Method of Calculating Maximum Distributable Amount of Credit Institutions. This amendment adds a new Article 6 to formally repeal the previous Decision on the Method of Calculating Maximum Distributable Amount in Credit Institutions (OGM 126/20). Consequently, the current Article 6 is renumbered as Article 7 within the regulatory framework.
[unofficial translation] Upon a comparison with the original text, it was established that errors found their way into the text of the Decision on the Method of Calculating Maximum Distributable Amount of Credit Institutions (OGM 94/25), resulting in the following CORRIGENDUM to the Decision on the Method of Calculating Maximum Distributable Amount of Credit Institutions After Article 5, Article 6 shall be added, worded as follows: “Repealed Regulations Article 6 As of the day of entry into force of this Decision, the Decision on the Method of Calculating Maximum Distributable Amount in Credit Institutions (OGM 126/20) shall be repealed.” Current Article 6 shall become Article 7.
