Legal Notice No. 98 of 2023 Correction on CIS Bye-laws
The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago issued Legal Notice No. 98 of 2023 to correct a clerical error in the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes) Bye-laws, 2023. This corrigendum amends Legal Notice No. 71 of 2023 by replacing the reference to "Bye-law 167" with "Bye-law 168" in Bye-law 170(1). The correction was published in the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette Extraordinary on 12th April, 2023.
