## INFORMATION CIRCULAR PF NO. 5 OF 2010

### APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF ENTITIES PROVIDING ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AND/OR GIVING ADVICE TO SOUTH AFRICAN PENSION FUNDS

Due to unforeseen delays being experienced in the processing of applications for approval by administrators and advisors in terms of both the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS Act) and the Pension Funds Act, 1956 ("the PFA"), the due date of 31 December 2010 as determined in Information Circular PF No. 3 of 2010, is hereby extended to 30 June 2011.
