The Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka has determined the annual licence fees for licensed commercial and specialised banks for calendar year 2022. These fees, ranging from Rs. 3 million to Rs. 38 million, are calculated based on each institution's total assets as of the end of 2021. All applicable banks must remit the calculated fees to the Central Bank on or before 31 January 2022.
