Board Decision No. 183 A on Granting Additional Investment Services License to Premium Invest LLC

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 183 A on 23 October 2025 to grant Premium Invest LLC an additional license for dealing on own account and securities placement. This decision necessitates the reissuance of the company's existing IC License No. 0031 to reflect the newly authorized investment services. The resolution becomes effective the day following its official delivery to the company or its authorized representative.

B O A R D O F T H E C E N T R A L B A N K O F T H E R E P U B L I C O F A R M E N I A 23 October 2025, No. 183 A ON GRANTING AN ADDITIONAL LICENSE FOR THE PROVISION OF INVESTMENT SERVICES TO “PREMIUM INVEST” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND REISSUING THE COMPANY’S IC LICENSE NO. 0031 CONDITIONED THEREBY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Part 3 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”; Taking into account that “PREMIUM INVEST” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 8 October 2025 regarding the mediation to reissue the IC License No. 0031 for the provision of investment services granted to the company; Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank (Protocol No. 45 dated 15 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

  1. To grant an additional license for the provision of investment services to “PREMIUM INVEST” Limited Liability Company regarding the provision of the following core investment services: "dealing on own account" and "underwritten or non-underwritten placement of securities"
  2. To reissue the IC License No. 0031 for the provision of investment services of “PREMIUM INVEST” Limited Liability Company related to the provision of the additional investment services.
  3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “PREMIUM INVEST” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “PREMIUM INVEST” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
