This administrative action was taken pursuant to the company's own application submitted on May 23, 2025, requesting the cancellation of its license for foreign exchange purchase and sale transactions. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the company or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative.

Revoking the Foreign Exchange Trades Activity License No. 866 Issued to “Multi Magic Mall”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 53 (4) of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;
Whereas on May 23, 2025 “Multi Magic Mall”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to revoke the Activity License No. 866 issued for carring out foreign exchange purchase and sale transactions;
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 26, dated June 4, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Revoke the Foreign Exchange Trades Activity License No. 866 issued to “Multi Magic Mall” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Multi Magic Mall” Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Multi Magic Mall” Limited Liability Company.
