Notice of Amendments to Legislation: October 2025
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) Board has enacted amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following Consultation Paper No. 164, incorporating industry feedback into updated regulatory requirements. The Prudential – Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking Business Module (PIB) Rule-Making Instrument (No. 414) 2025 will officially come into force on 1 July 2026. All revised modules and appendices are accessible via the DFSA website, while previous versions remain archived for reference.
