2025-10-07 | 9021The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 174 A to officially register amendments to the rules of the Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund. This action follows an application by the fund's manager, Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager CJSC, and incorporates the prior conclusion of the Central Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day after delivery to the fund manager or its authorized representative.

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and part "ac" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Part 4 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”; Taking into account that “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 23 September 2025 regarding the mediation to register the amendments to the rules of “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments” Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby;
