Access Agreement for Using the Form Submission Service for Fund Management Companies: DZU UCITS, UAIF, OMD and DMD, and for Funds: UCITS, AIF, OMF and DMF
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issues this Access Agreement to authorize designated business entities and their authorized representatives to submit regulatory forms through the dedicated online service. The document specifies required identification details for both the submitting fund management companies (DZU UCITS, UAIF, OMD, DMD) and the funds themselves (UCITS, AIF, OMF, DMF), alongside mandatory fields for names, tax identification numbers, contact information, and authorized signatures.
