Notice of Amendments to Legislation October 2022
The DFSA Board issued ten Rulemaking Instruments that repeal and replace core modules of the DFSA Rulebook, including General Module, Conduct of Business, and Anti-Money Laundering rules. These instruments operationalize the DIFC Laws Amendment Law No. 4 of 2022, which takes effect on 1 November 2022 following a public consultation period. The updated modules incorporate consultees' feedback and will be published on the DFSA website, with earlier versions retained in the archive.
