Grand-ducal Regulation of 13 July 2007 relating to the keeping of the official listing for financial instruments

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg issued this regulation to establish the rules for maintaining the official listing of financial instruments. It repealed the previous Grand-ducal Regulation of 13 January 2002 which had specified information on transactions for market transparency. This consolidated version serves as the current legal framework for listing requirements in the jurisdiction.
