The resolution eliminates the mandatory requirement for a formal non-objection certificate from foreign supervisors and removes the automatic suspension of licensing deadlines while awaiting such information, thereby streamlining prudential evaluations. It incorporates a new paragraph allowing the SBS to directly request relevant information from foreign supervisory bodies and updates Article 19 to clarify notification procedures to the Central Reserve Bank.
