The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 113 A on July 15, 2025, to remove the Raffi and Ohanov Branch Offices of Tel-Cell Payment and Settlement Organization from recordkeeping. This action was taken in response to a formal request submitted by the organization on July 1, 2025, accompanied by all required documentation. The resolution entered into force on the day it was signed by Governor Martin Galstyan.

Removing the “ Raffi” and “ Ohanov” Branch Offices of “ Tel-Cell” Payment and Settlement Organization, an Open Joint-Stock Company, from Recordkeeping
In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 21 (5) (“a”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”;
Whereas on July 1, 2025 “Tel-Cell” Payment and Settlement Organization, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted a letter of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, asking for removal of its “Raffi” and “Ohanov” Branch Offices from the recordkeeping,

E n a c t s:
Remove the “Raffi” and “Ohanov” Branch Offices of “Tel-Cell” Payment and Settlement Organization, an Open Joint-Stock Company, from recordkeeping.
This resolution to enter into force on the day it is signed.
