The National Bank of Moldova issued Decision No. 290 on 14 November 2024 to amend the Regulation on assets and conditional commitments classification originally approved by Decision No. 231/2011. This normative act updates the regulatory framework governing how financial institutions classify their assets and conditional commitments within the Republic of Moldova. The decision entered into force on 1 July 2025 following its publication in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
