Decision No 3/2018 on the setting of the countercyclical capital buffer rate

Decision No 3/2018 of Národná banka Slovenska of 24 April 2018 on the setting of the countercyclical capital buffer rate Národná banka Slovenska, in accordance with Article 33g(1) of the Banking Act (No 483/2001 Coll. on banks and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No 213/2014 Coll.), has adopted this Decision: Article 1 In accordance with Article 33(g) of the Banking Act, the countercyclical capital buffer rate is set at 1.25%. Article 2 This Decision repeals Decision No 1/2018 of Národná banka Slovenska of 30 January 2018 on the setting of the countercyclical capital buffer rate.
