FIM Act Formal Consultation on Subordinate Legislation
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) invites public consultation on subordinate legislation gazetted under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, No. 2 of 2021. Stakeholders are required to review the uploaded documents and submit their feedback using the provided Comments Template. All comments must be emailed to Ms. Anesia Cloete by 22 July 2026.
