Accordingly, you are requested to take the necessary legal measures regarding this matter and to provide us with the procedures taken within two working days from its date, which includes the financial center of the aforementioned association's account.

Decision No. (95) of the year 2025

Based on the powers granted to us under the Charitable Associations and Civil Organizations Law No. (1) of the year 2000, and its executive regulations, and in pursuit of the public interest and its preservation, the following is decided:

First: Dissolution of the Palestinian Center for Transitional Justice Charity Association - Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, registered with us on 24/4/2003 under number (RA-2268-LS), for the following reasons:

1. The General Assembly of the Association failed to hold its annual meeting, contrary to Article (33) of the aforementioned Associations Law.
2. Failure to submit financial and administrative reports for the years (2016 — 2018) to the competent authority, contrary to Article (13) of the aforementioned Associations Law and Article (61) of the Statutes.
3. For the aforementioned violations, and in accordance with Article (37) of the aforementioned Associations Law, a written warning was issued to the aforementioned Association on 4/11/2020, bearing number (6401), addressed to the aforementioned Association to rectify its legal status within three months.
4. For the aforementioned violations, and upon the expiration of the warning period without the aforementioned Association rectifying its legal status, this decision was issued based on Article (37) of the aforementioned Associations Law.

Second: The aforementioned Association is subject to the liquidation procedures stipulated in Article (39) of the aforementioned Associations Law and the Presidential Decree issued on 18/4/2011.

Third: All authorities are to implement the decision regarding their respective jurisdictions, and this decision takes effect from its date.

Fourth: Everyone is to comply and adhere.
