DE C.V. in its capacity as a Digital Asset Issuer, informs the general public that on May 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Republic of El Salvador and Guatemala time, GMT-6), it will begin the public offering of its income token "$PDP1". This digital asset allows investors to participate in a public offering of income tokens, backed by the assignment of economic rights in favor of the holders of Tokens over the net rents obtained derived from the design, development, execution, commercialization, and commercial operation of the Praderas del Pacífico Project.
