The Financial Market Authority (FMA) issued this regulation to define the specific formats, contents, and deadlines for reporting and notifications under the Credit Servicers and Credit Purchasers Act. It mandates that credit institutions and credit purchasers submit standardized electronic data to the Oesterreichische Nationalbank and the FMA regarding non-performing credit agreements on a semi-annual basis. The regulation enters into force on 1 December 2025, with the first reporting obligations applying to the period ending 31 December 2025.
