Corrigendum to the Decision on the Method and Time Limits for Submitting Data on Interchange Fees
The Central Bank of Montenegro issued a corrigendum to correct an error in the Decision on the Method and Time Limits for Submitting Data on Interchange Fees published in the Official Gazette. The amendment modifies Article 3 paragraph 2 by replacing the phrase 'on quarterly basis' with 'semi-annually' and substituting the word 'quarter' with 'period'. This change effectively adjusts the frequency of data submission requirements regarding interchange fees.
Upon a comparison with the original text, it was established that an error found its way into the text of the Decision on the Method and Time Limits for Submitting Data on Interchange Fees, published in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 108/23, resulting in the following CORRIGENDUM TO THE DECISION ON THE METHOD AND TIME LIMITS FOR SUBMITTING DATA ON INTERCHANGE FEES In Article 3 paragraph 2 the words: “on quarterly basis” shall be replaced by the following: “semi-annually”, and the word: “quarter” shall be replaced by the following: “period”.
