2025-09-09 | 8919The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 151 A to resume the suspended 30-day examination period for Nor Zovq Limited Liability Company's application for a foreign currency exchange license. The Board granted License No. 867 to Branch No. 3 of the company, authorizing it to conduct currency purchase and sale operations at 1/3 Abovyan St., Yerevan. This decision follows the Licensing and Supervision Committee's positive conclusion and the company's repeated petitions submitted in June and August 2025.

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point “p” of Article 20, and Point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 "On Approving Regulation 10 'On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations' Taking into account that “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 24 June 2025, 4 August 2025, and 7 August 2025 with a petition to obtain an exchange office branch license; Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 37 of 20 August 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
