Decision of the Securities Authority Board on the Listing and Deposit of Al-Sharq Insurance Company Shares on the OTC Platform
The Iraqi Securities Commission approved the listing, deposit, and trading of shares for Al-Sharq Insurance Company (P.J.S.C.) on the Unlisted Companies (OTC) platform of the Iraqi Securities Market. This decision was issued following a request from the Iraqi Securities Market and was ratified by the Authority Board during its fourth session held on April 14, 2026. The directive mandates relevant departments and the market operator to execute the necessary procedures and disseminate the information publicly.
