Grand-ducal Regulation of 23 December 2022 relating to fees levied by the CSSF
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg issued this regulation to establish the fees to be levied by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. It consolidates the previous 2021 regulation and officially repealed it upon its entry into force on 1 January 2023.
