Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines regarding insurance business (FFFS 2022:24)
Finansinspektionen issued these regulations to amend Chapter 1, Section 1 of its guidelines on insurance business (FFFS 2015:8) pursuant to the PEPP Ordinance. The amendment clarifies the regulatory framework for insurance undertakings, specifically referencing additional provisions for insurance distribution and pan-European personal pension product providers.
