Instruction COSOB No. 03-05 of December 21, 2003 Defining the Standard Model for Threshold Crossing and Intent Declarations
The COSOB issued Instruction No. 03-05 on December 21, 2003, to establish the mandatory standard templates for threshold crossing and intent declarations regarding participation in listed companies. This regulation mandates that all declarations of crossing participation thresholds and statements of intent be completed using the specific models defined in Annex A and Annex B, respectively. The instruction entered into force immediately upon its signature by the President.
