Listing of Diligent Financial Services S.A.L on the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Market Authority issued Notice No. 81 to formally list Diligent Financial Services S.A.L as financial intermediation institution number 33 on its official registry. This listing, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, confirms that the company has met all legal conditions and holds a valid license to provide financial advisory and arrangement services. The decision, dated 4 January 2022 and signed by the CMA Chairman and Bank of Lebanon Governor, finalizes the company's inclusion based on its 20 December 2021 application and supporting documentation.

Whereas the Chairman of the Capital Market Authority, pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 2011/8/17 concerning Capital Markets, and pursuant to CMA Board Decision No. 21/11/15 taken in its meeting held on 2021/12/14, approving the granting of "Diligent Financial Services S.A.L" a license as a financial intermediation institution to provide advisory and arrangement services related to financial instruments, and since the aforementioned company is registered in the Commercial Register in Beirut, based on the request received by the Capital Market Authority dated 2021/12/20, requesting its listing on the list of financial intermediation institutions, and upon reviewing the submitted documents confirming the fulfillment of the legal conditions for this listing, it is decided as follows:
Article One: The name "Diligent Financial Services S.A.L" is listed on the list of financial intermediation institutions and assigned number 33.
Article Two: This notice is published in the Official Gazette.
