بالإشارة إلى الكتاب الدوري المؤرخ ۲۰ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٤ بشأن موافقة مجلس الوزراء على إصدار مبادرة جديدة Translation: With reference to the circular dated October 20, 2024, regarding the Cabinet's approval to issue a new initiative. لدعم القطاع السياحي بتمويل من وزارة المالية، وبالإشارة إلى قرار السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ٤١٥١ لسنة Translation: To support the tourism sector with funding from the Ministry of Finance, and with reference to the decision of the Prime Minister No. 4151 of the year. ۲۰۲۲، بأن تتولى وزارة المالية إدارة ومتابعة المبادرات الجديدة (المستقبلية) أو ما يطرأ على المبادرات القائمة من Translation: 2022, that the Ministry of Finance shall manage and follow up on the new (future) initiatives or any changes to the existing initiatives. تعديل وفق الضوابط والأحكام الواردة في القرار وذلك بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء. Translation: Amended according to the controls and provisions contained in the decision, after the approval of the Council of Ministers.

أرجو التفضل بالإحاطة أن مجلس الوزراء قد وافق بجلسته رقم (٦٣) المؤرخة ٢٢ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥ على تعديل Translation: I would like to inform you that the Council of Ministers has approved, in its session No. (63) dated October 22, 2025, to amend. بعض محددات مبادرة دعم القطاع السياحي الصادرة بالكتاب الدوري المشار إليه أعلاه، وذلك على النحو التالي: Translation: Some of the parameters of the initiative to support the tourism sector issued in the circular referred to above, as follows:

• تعديل البند الثاني ليصبح "الحد الأقصى للمبادرة ٥٠ مليار جنيه أو ما يتم منحه من تسهيلات خلال عام Translation: - Amendment of the second item to become "The maximum limit of the initiative is 50 billion pounds or what is granted of facilities during a year. ونصف من تاريخ اطلاقها لتنتهي في ٢٠ أبريل ٢٠٢٦". Translation: And a half from the date of its launch to end on April 20, 2026."

• تعديل البند الثالث ليصبح " تكون مدة السحب بحد أقصى ۲۸ شهر من تاريخ السحب الأول وبحد أقصى Translation: - Amendment of the third item to become "The withdrawal period is a maximum of 28 months from the date of the first withdrawal, with a maximum. لانتهاء فترة السحب ۳۰ يونيو ۲۰۲۷ ، ويتم منح مهلة ٦ أشهر من تاريخ نهاية مدة السحب كحد أقصـــــى Translation: For the end of the withdrawal period on June 30, 2027, and a grace period of 6 months is granted from the date of the end of the withdrawal period as a maximum. للحصول على رخصة التشغيل ( سواء نهائية أو مؤقتة تنتهي في ٣١ ديسمبر ۲۰۲۷ بما يضمن سرعة Translation: To obtain an operating license (whether final or temporary) that ends on December 31, 2027, which ensures the speed. التشغيل ودخول الغرف الفندقية الخدمة". Translation: Operation and entry of hotel rooms into service."
